Will we make it in time?

We are booked for the Pirate & Pals Fireworks cruise at 8:30pm. Dinner is at Whispering Pines at 5:00pm. My concern is there enough time for dinner and then taking the boat over to MK, then the Monorial to CR for the Cruise at 8:30?

You meant Whispering Canyon Cafe at the Wilderness Lodge, right?

You should have plenty of time. Don't fret.

The boat might stop at the Contemporary. I'm not sure. Check with the Transportation section of the DIS. Those people could tell you how to get from anywhere, to anywhere...how many ways there are to do it, which is fastest and how long it's likely to take. They take their Transportation seriously!

You'll be fine. Dinner at WCC should last no more than 90 minutes. That will leave you with two hours until your cruise if WCC is running on time. You should be at the Contemporary dock between 15 to 30 minutes before your cruise time.

In fact, there is direct boat transportation from WL to Contemporary (no need to connect at MK) for it is the next stop.

The Pirates and Pals Cruise is a bit different for timing. Since it includes interactions and snacks; the sign in is inside the Contemporary about an hour or so before the cruise leaves. I can't remember the specifics but it isn't a meet at the dock type of thing.

That said, I believe the poster has enough time to get from WL to the Contemporary.
