Will we enjoy Legoland if we don't do thrill rides?

I know Legoland is geared for the younger set and I wouldn't imagine it would be full of roller coasters only, but I am wondering if it's worth going if we're not going to do roller coasters or "thrill" type rides. I would be with a 10 year old boy.

I'd say it is going to depend on your 10 year old boy. We go about every other weekend with our 5 year old.

There are three small costers--I like them and I don't like fast things. There is a Mindstorm Building. If your 10 year old in into that he'll know what you mean when you say it.

There is a 4 D movie he may like.

I guess I'd say that unless he is "into" legos, he may be on the outer edge of liking the place. If you'd like me to send you a park map from the next time we go, let me know. It may not be for a few weeks--waiting for all the tourist to leave right now.

;)

That's very nice of you to offer, but the chances of us going are so slim that I am not going to put you through that trouble. I'm going to use hotel shuttles and maybe the trolley for transportation when we are there, so it just occurred to me that I would have to rent a car to get to Legoland and I am not going to rent a car just for Legoland.
