Hoop Dee Doo is great--you should enjoy it--especially since you won't have to pay the bill (that's what being on a plan means, right?

)
Brown Derby--I was disapointed in--hubby had the worst prepared filet mignon of his life--and the children's menu is a bit on the hoity-toity side--basically very fancy prepared foods that your 5 year old may choose not to eat.
Friends of our ate at Le Cellier and enjoyed it--I think it is a steak restaurant with, of course, other Canadian Specialities.
LTT is yummy food--and from what I understand, the characters are dressed in costume for dinner here and nowhere else.
Flying Fish--never ate there
1900 and Mary Poppins for breakfast, how lovely.
Narcoosee's not so lovely--but I was pregnant when I went and hubby is a picky eater which made for a not so lovely combination. He sent one of his dishes back as he didn't understand the preparation and when it came he was shocked--(it was the soup-like dish with seafood in it and the seafood is still all in its shell). They create a new menu each day based on what has been flown in fresh--so if you are up for gourmet preparations and a daily changing menu, you are in for an adventure...BUT watching the fireworks was beautiful. For the price and with a 5 year old--though I have never been, the California Grill might be a better option. I am not even sure that Narcoosee's has a children's menu.
Other suggestions--Restaurant Akershus, CRT, V&A for the adults (maybe 5 year old can go to one of the evening children's programs), The Bistro? (french restuarant upstairs above Chefs? in France), The UK restuarant (name escapes me at the moment)....
