DH and I will be in Orlando and are planning one day at AK to see the Pandora stuff. Can’t snag a FOP FP because we are staying off property and there were none left. I did manage to get a 9:25-10:25 FP for the river ride. My plan was to be there way before RD, ride FOP standby then use our river FP. Will this work?

You have until 10:25 to use your FP. You should be ok

Keep checking for FOP FP. People say they are releasing more in the afternoon. Something might become available.

Not sure if you are planning to stay until park close but I had good luck waiting standby then. The park closed at 9pm and I got in line around 8:40. Posted wait time was 90 minutes but we were into the pre-show area in roughly 45 minutes.

Just make sure there aren’t extra magic hours because that will mess up your plan.
