Will this HS plan work?

We are only doing one evening at HS. Can you please comment if this plan is reasonable. We will have ds7 and ds2 and will use rider swap on Rock NRoll coaster and Star tours. Thanks. This is on a recommended day without Emh, crowd level 7.

Arrive HS by 3pm
I ride ST at 3:15pm with ds7 with FP+. We save rider swap pass for later. Dh takes ds2 to ride TSM with FP (older ds not interested in riding).

We all meet up at rock n roll coaster around 3:50pm, where I ride with ds7 using FP. Figuring I would be done around 4:20pm? Does this timing seem reasonable to be done with at and rock n roll in an hour using FP?

Then dh rides rock n roll coaster with ds7 using rider swap pass, and returns to star tours with ds7 to use his rider swap pass.

While dh and ds7 use rider swap for these two rides I take ds2 to disney jr show around 4:30 for the 4:50 show.

Meet up at hollywood brown derby for 5:25 fantasmic dinner reservation.

After dinner shop a little and arrive by 7:45pm for 8:30 fantasmic using our dinner package passes.

This plan gives me about an hour to ride star tours and rock n roll coaster using FP, then give dh about an hour to complete the same rides using his rider swap passes. Does the timing on this sound okay? Do we need more time (ie should we arrive earlier?). Or would we have time after our 5:25 hbd reservation to use one of the rider swap passes? I was nervous to leave anything for after dinner in case dinner runs late. Any feedback appreciated, thanks. Any alternative plans welcome.

Sounds pretty doable to me. Ride malfunctions notwithstanding, you've got enough time but it doesn't look like you have a lot of dead/wasted time between. I think you have time to use a rider swap ticket after dinner, but I'd use it earlier if you can, knowing that if things don't work out, you can probably use after dinner as a backup time. Of course arriving earlier gives you extra breathing room, but I'm assuming you are resting/napping prior, and I wouldn't recommend giving that up if you don't have to.

Yes we are staying at yacht club doing cape may breakfast at 8am and then hoping to use the pools for a couple of hours, taking it easy, let the toddler nap. Then heading out for the only late night of our trip, we are not even attempting to stay late for wishes or illuminations. Hoping an easy day will enable everyone to enjoy the evening show. Have just a few hours at epcot planned for the following day. Just can't do it all with little kiddos! Thanks for the timing check. Good point. We will try to do it all before dinner but will have a little time after if we need to use the star tours rider swap pass then. Really wanted to finish with the coaster before dinner so nobody tosses their cookies :).

So...
3:00 arrive
3:15 ST (DD2 goes to TSMM)
3:50 RR
4:50 Dis Jr show start, no problem making this
5:30 dinner is great, DisJr lets out just in time. DS7 using RS during this time will be fine.
Then use your remaining stuff (you have a swich pass to ST and some FP's left over) after dinner. Sounds great to me! Love FP+!

It's a lot of walking. The DD2 path is... enter... ST (for switch pass) then to TSMM, then way over to RR just to get a switch pass, then keep in mind your DD2 party will be holding the rider switch pass to RR... so it's wait while DD7 rides RR, then give them the pass, then head back to Dis Jr, then back out Sunset Blvd again for dinner / Fantasmic. I still think it'll work.

Would I tweak anything? Yes. Personally, I wouldn't want to be split up for basically the whole day. But, I see why you're doing it to use your primary FP to get each kid on the Tier-1 ride they would prefer.

I would ride TSMM together. Then after dinner, ride RR once via standby (getting a rider switch) and baby can leave the park and go back to the hotel, while one of you stays with DD7 to enjoy RR again via the switch pass plus Tower of Terror or Star Tours (again).

For the extra FP for your 2-year old, you could take Dis Jr. You won't need it, but it would give you peace of mind that you will have a spot even if you're running late, to know your schedule will not fall apart.

I appreciate your comments. Yes I will use a FP for disney jr for ds2. We are all going to watch fantasmic together, we are not doing tower of terror. Is there a way to do less running around the park and less moving around of ds2? Thankfully he's pretty easy going and great in the stroller. So it sounds like my initial timing should work?
