Will I ever finalize my ADRs?

Still have two days I'm just not sure of:

Day 1 MK: LTT lunch. We have BoG dinner on our second MK day, which I am super happy about! I booked LTT because we have done Kona, Chef Mickey's, O'hana, and CRT multiple times. We've also done 1900 PF breakfast, no dinner available. We've also done Crystal Palace.

DH and I had cocktails and apps at The Wave last time we went (no kids), so that's tempting, but I booked LTT as it's cheaper out of pocket and my DS10 is obsessed with history. Convince me this was a good choice? We have Le Cellier the following day, so maybe filet two days in a row is not so great?

Day 2 EPCOT: We have Le Cellier for lunch on our first EPCOT day. We've done Coral Reef and Les Chefs multiple times. We're from Texas, so not sure about San Angel Inn. I have Tokyo and Spice Road Table booked for 1 hr 15 minutes before Illuminations, which we haven't seen since 2000. This is on our last night in the parks, so Illuminations is definitely in the plans.

Which of these is better? Or is there somewhere else you would recommend and then just find a spot for Illuminations? Or, should we consider the dessert party? Drawback there is I understand there is no seating and DD13 will be arriving at Disney out of a boot following surgery for a broken ankle and a cast.

I think you will like LTT for lunch. Most people love it.

San Angel is Mexico Mexican not Tex Mex

Not sure about the Tokyo vs Spice Rd

Have a plan B in case BOG is booked - I wanted it on our third day and there was not a single time available. I had to grab a reservation on our check-out day for an early dinner - and this was with the advantage of 180+10.

I am not excited about the menu and reviews for LTT since they changed to menu to family style but
have not tried it.

If your ONLY time to see Illuminations is that one then I would not count on a reservation anywhere to give you a great experience. Both show inspired reservations we had last trip did not give us a great view even with planning just the right time and willing to wait for a better table.

LTT lunch is off the menu. Dinner is family style.

OP- if your son likes history, I would bring him to LTT. I thought the food was just okay, but my travel partners loved it. The atmosphere is pretty darn nice!

I am not a fan of Le Cellier, but I really did like SAI. I got the carne asada and it was delicious.

I would not book any restaurant that close to Illuminations because there is no way to predict if you will have a decent seat. I would book dinner early enough to make sure we had eaten and left.

I get you!

I'm still playing around and we go next week!!

Hopefully I'm all set now...

I am Thrilled to see your comment on LTT lunch off the menu!! I could swear I checked that a few months ago and it was all family style!! That is a must do for me then. If you have a history lover in your party it is really
well done in side. You feel like you went back in time!

Thanks for the info on Illuminations dinner. I am going to revisit our final dinner at EPCOT and plan to view Illuminations from somewhere that is not a restaurant. Appreciate the feedback!

I love LTT lunch! The pot roast and the burger are brilliant and the ooey gooey toffee cake to share for dessert is brilliant!
