Will Grizzly River Run be open by April?

I saw that Grizzly River Run is closed for refurbishment until "spring 2019". Is this something they do every year during the winter or something bigger? Just wondering if it's likely to be open by the first week in April when we're there. It's one of the reasons we're staying in the Grand Californian (though I'm sure we'll enjoy that with or without GRR).

From what I've heard, and videos I've seen of the refurb, this year seems a little more extensive than most. I still have to think they'll try and get it open for prime spring break time though.
