Member services is closed today due to the holiday, so the answer is 'no'. You should be able to pay online though.

Are you concerned about if they will take automatic payments out today since it is a holiday? If so, I have never experienced any lender processing a payment on a bank holiday. Your payment would most likely be processed tomorrow.

My dues didn't hit my account today, so probably tomorrow.

My dues and loan payment came out Friday since it wa the holiday Monday, so I would say it depends on the bank.
