Will DVC resorts be included in 2026 water park benefit?

Adding an Orlando day to a Vero Beach trip...the news about the 2026 water park benefit says "Disney Resorts Collection" and "summer"...do you think that means it excludes DVC staying on points? Does summer mean starting Memorial Day weekend or summer season in June?

Disney Resorts Collection includes all Disney Owned & Operated Resorts at WDW which includes all DVC Resorts at WDW.

Disney has not yet announced the actual start date of the benefit.

Whether we used the water park benefit was one of the questions they asked on the survey I got after our visit earlier this month. We didn’t because we flew in from the west coast & thus did not arrive early enough to do so.
