Lol goes to show you how fast this is moving. We just booked it two weeks ago and at the time they were 100% clear that no kids under 5 allowed. I guess I'm 5 days behind on my news, which in Covid times is a century!

You are right about 5 days is like a century in Covid times. Come May its going to be all different again probably.

I would be surprised if Canada do not exempt under 5 from the 100%. So far, vaccination mandates in Canada were always only for those eligible (5 and up).

I agree, Candada dropped the quarantine requirement for unvaxxed in general.

Not quite. Unvaccinated children under 12 do not need to quarantine when they come to Canada. Those 12 and older still need to quarantine for 14 days if they are unvaccinated. This has NOT changed.

Was more referring to a cruise aspect as they already required 5 and up to be vaccinated so that won't be an issue, crazy part is a lot more of this could end up dropped before the season even gets started.

I saw a long thread on Cruise Critic and even they seemed confused. Someone posted the Minister
saying they will be "looking" at the cruise situation. Hopefully they look sooner than later.

Canada is quite strict, I don't see this being dropped for a while. But I mean, who would come up here unvaxxed knowing they would have to quarantine for 14 days anyway? That's no fun

We booked the WhitePass RR trip with the tour operator to ensure we got tickets. Our tour does not go into Canada and is return.
