Will CBR be included in free dining in 2015?

Does anyone have a crystal ball? We are a family of 5. I have a magical vacation reserved for BC for 8/28/15 thru 9/8/15. If they do offer free dining I would consider switching to Caribbean Beach Resort because we have never stayed and I know they will have rooms that accommodate 5. Does anyone think they will include this resort if they offer free dining in 2015? Thanks for the speculation!

With only two moderate resorts being offered this year and the chaos that created, who knows. Offers are dependent on occupancy rates. If rooms are booked, Disney doesn't need to put anything on sale. I see two possible glitches. First, booking something in hopes of applying a discount later. I feel this added fuel to the fire this year. Second, CBR will be refurbished. Room condition, at CBR, was a major reason not to stay there. Families of five are chomping at the bit to make reservations there. If CBR meets the quota for occupancy levels it will not be included in promotions or have limited availability. POR may open up more rooms, as families of five move from POR to give CBR a try.
