Will BCV resale prices go up with the new direct price increase?

Thinking of selling our BCV contract. Trying to decide if we should hold off and see if the resale prices increase after Disney raises the direct price to $225 per point.

Right now, the contracts with the same amount of points we have are selling in the mid $130’s per point.

We are on the fence about selling anyway, and think with the direct price increase and Star Wars land opening, resale prices could be higher later in the year.

Any thoughts?

No doubt! And BWV will go up as well. Why? Closest to SWL! And walking to Studios and Epcot. I imagine it would go up $20/point. Now in a few years,
(maybe 4-5 years) would possibly not as 2042 is getting closer. But, for now, it is a sellers' market for sure! Would you pay $190/point for BWV on January 19, 2019- Direct from Disney Or $129-139/point resale?
