Will any of these be tough ADRs?

I don't think any of those are considered incredibly hard to get. Just be ready when your window opens and you should have some good luck.

I just tried to schedule Yak & Yeti when my 60 days opened earlier this week, and it was surprisingly hard! I had to break my party into two smaller reservations. So I would definitely put that one first! But hopefully the others shouldn't be too hard!

I've done Chefs day of many times, I've done FF day of as well. HBD as well. I've not tried Yak and Yeti.

I wanted Yak and Yeti my first night and could not get it.

I’m not sure if you are on property but I’ve recently gotten Biergarten and Chef de France at 60+2 and 60+1. I went back and added a Chef de France at the 60 day mark and it was still available although not at exactly the time we wanted, maybe a half hour off.

I usually see day of availability for the Brown Derby and Biergarten when I look at the available now filter on MDE. I rarely see Yak & Yeti available to book either ahead of time or day of, but I know Landry card holders used get priority seating. I don't know what the current policy is, but it might be worth some research.

They will all be hard at 60 or 60 + days.

But, with the exception of Biergarten, we have gotten ADR's at all of those within 24 hours. (We never tried to get a Biergarten ADR)

Agree with others, as soon as I saw Yak & Yeti I thought that will be the toughest one to get.

Sadly, all those are really good meals, but I don't think you will have much trouble getting any of those.
Flying Fish has not lost a step during its closure. Wonderful meal.

Keep trying for Yak & Yeti......we did 5 sit down restaurants on our Honeymoon and it was my favorite meal.

Beirgarten will be the easiest. Yak and Yeti takes a few tries as does HBD.

No clue about the other two though but good luck!

Out of all your choices Yak and Yeti will be the hardest to get, When your window open make it towards the nd of your trip, that will give you a better chance
