Will an ipad fit in the safe?

We'd like to bring our ipad, but will it fit in the safe? We would not want to leave it unattended in the room.

Yes it will fit in the safe; but I would also be comfortable with it out in the room, or in the bottom of the night stand or drawer.

We have left the laptop & other items on the desk the past couple cruises. The laptop won't fit in the safe so there really was no other option.

Our iPad fit comfortably in our safe on the Dream. I didnt want to leave it unattended in the room either- but had no issues fitting it into the safe along with passports and wallets.

My expensive jewelry goes in the safe first.
We have never keep anything except large amts of cash and certain jewelry in our safe at WDW or DCL and in over 20 trips-we have not had anything stolen.
We always travel w. multiple Ipads, Ipods, Kindle, and an expensive laptop.
We always leave a good tip so maybe that kept us safe.

Did you leave the tip at the start of the cruise?

You are lucky. But I still wonder why anyone would want to take such a chance. I'm not worried so much about my stateroom host as I am others who manage to get entry into my room. If you think that's never going to happen, you'd be wrong. You've just been very lucky so far. Chances are, your luck will hold out. I don't care to take that chance, myself.

It should fit. I brought my MacBook and it fit in the safe, with room around it still. The door is left open when it's being cleaned, I wouldn't feel comfortable leaving anything of value visible.

Exactly. I saw many cabins open when doing our fe gifts that were unattended, I think the safe is a good idea.
