Will a Captain Jack Sparrow look-alike be a new character to meet at WDW???

Saw the wonderful pictures in the other thread and was wondering if the Captain was roaming the MK. I really, really like the Sparrow character and would be happy just to see the pirate tutorial and maybe get a picture. To paraphrase Grandmother Fa in Mulan, " Whoo. Sign me up for pirate training. "

But seriously folks, I don't see how they can do a meet and greet with Sparrow. You can't use a rubber head because it wouldn't be realistic and that's what is expected so everyone would be disappointed and it just wouldn't be worth it. The magic would be gone.

they don't do the meet and greets for the simple reason for the performers safty. And reading these posts I understand why.

Hmm, we saw Tarzan at a meet and greet at DLand. Maybe this is where they learned that lesson?

I saw the other thread with pictures of the Pirate Training w/Captain Jack.
Very cool pics! Too bad he is not sticking arround for pics after his show.
I think it would be waaayyy cool for him to be roaming arround Adventureland. (But he would definately need other Pirates with him as body guards.)

Disney should just have Johnny Depp dressed as Jack Sparrow for meet and greets. Between Disney's pay and mom's $20 bills tucked here and there in his costume, he'd make a bundle.
It's so obvious.

[I was just a Magic Kingdom on Saturday July 1, and saw the Pirate tutorial. The guy that plays Jack Sparrow does a fantastic job. I took lots of pictures of the show and was very impressed with the manorisms and the look of this CM. I don't think they would have a problem with anyone if they had a meet and greet of Sparrow. It was absolutely fantastic.

Does anyone know if the pirate tutorial show will continue past summer? We are going the last week of October and our little DS6 pirate-wannabe would love it. DW probably would too

Wouldn't it be hilarious to have Captain Jack posing for pictures and autographs and watch all the moms fighting to get in the front of the line and then lingering there with him while all the other moms yell that it is their turn! Or maybe I'm the only one who has that day dream!

I'm not looking for Johnny Depp, I'm just looking for Jack Sparrow! A few years back a country singer, Terry Clark, had a video with a Jack Sparrow look a-like and he would do just fine. I mean the men have Jasmine, Belle, etc. and I'm really not looking for Prince Charming. I want a bad boy!
