Are the discounts for Wilderness Lodge that come out for the general public (not AP, bounceback Pin codes) usually 40% off as well. I know WL is much cheaper than the other deluxes already so when discounts of 40% come out for the other deluxes does that include WL also?

Off the top of my head, seems like 35% is more common than 40% on GP discounts.

Very true. Deluxe discounts have been at 35% lately. Sometimes they exclude WL or AKL.

Deluxe resorts discounts are at 40% off rack starting 8/14/11. I forget how long it lasts.

You must be thinking of something else. There is no general room only discount right now.

No, I just returned from the Poly where our room was discounted 40% starting on 8/14/11. This was a special for a while, but it appears to no longer be available. I booked it on 7.4.11.

We got a pin code for 35% off Deluxe. When I compared the prices it was giving me it was NOT 35%. I ended up calling direcly to Disney reservations and for whatever reason, they quoted me a price about $200 less than I saw online, which was the 35%.

Short answer: YES.

While the WL and AKL are the least expensive Deluxes, whatever the prevailing GP discount is, it can be applied to the WL. For example, for years I've been able to book with the 40% off for Deluxes military room-only discount and I have always been able to book the WL. It's been the same when I've used an AP rate. The GP discounts work the same way for all the Deluxes. Though sometimes they may exclude a resort for some special offers. However, I don't recall ever seeing the WL excluded.
