To book prior to arrival, you have to call.

Thanks - it will be possible to book at arrival (2/3 days before the Trek) or is it often overbooked?

Back in Oct of 2013, we booked for the following morning at the concierge desk at AKL. The afternoon tours were full because of the $50 discount, but the morning tours had availability.
