Wii Questions

Do I need the wii speak thing to play Animal Crossing or is that just for people who play online? We don't hook our wii to the internet. Is Animal Crossing still going to be fun for us?

What was the game that everyone was saying you use with the wii fit board & play with your butt? Just curious!

You only use Wii Speak over WiFi, so if you won't be online you wouldn't have any reason to get it. (You don't even have to have Wii Speak if you do play online, but it's much easier than typing everything!)

Animal Crossing is still good if you aren't online, though it is a little easier at first if you do use Wifi (that's the best and easiest way to get non-native fruit for your town). If it's the kind of game you enjoy, you should still enjoy it even if you don't use Wifi. We enjoy the online aspect of it because we play online with family and friends, but the game itself doesn't really change much whether you are online or not. It makes it easier to collect items if you can trade over Wifi, and some people like to travel to other towns to sell turnips, but it isn't necessary to do either of those things.

I think everyone was talking about the new Rayman Raving Rabbids game . . . maybe TV Games? It just came out this past week, I think. I don't have it but the other Rayman Wii games are fun.
