Wife's bitthday please help :-)

Hi all
I need help here disboarders. It's my wife's birthday before we go to wdw on 8th oct. I'm trying to find an amazing thing we can do as her birthday gift while we are there, any ideas would be so appreciated. Ps she is a uk cast member

That's so sweet of you to be concerned. I remember a gift DH got for our anniversary, but a birthday gift would work. We went to a pick-a-pearl place and he picked the pearl, while I picked the ring. Then he had it set and presented it to me. You could also do a necklace or pin.

OK, would love some info on your wife and your budget but here are some ideas....

Dinner at Victoria & Alberts - super romantic but also expensive

the new Wildlife Excursion Tour - takes you "behind the scenes" of the safari at Animal Kingdom, including going on rope bridges over the crocs! - also expensive but would be great if your wife is an adventurer

You can have a birthday cake delivered to any restaurant you have an ADR at and have it delivered to your table by the waiter

If she loves fireworks consider either the Wishes Dessert Party or one of the Illuminations or Wishes fireworks cruises.

Buy a bottle of champagne (or drinks from the bar in the polynesian) and snuggle up in one of the hammocks at the Polynesian beach and watch the fireworks from there.

Take a moonlight stroll around whatever resort you are staying at and tell her how much you love her and all the reasons why you love her and how lucky you are to have her for a wife (trust me, every woman would love this) and if you have a small gift you could give her during the stroll that would be good too.

I might also suggest a late snack or dessert at the California Grill on top of the Contemporary Hotel. Make the reservation about 915/930pm and arrive about 845pm. Ask for a table to watch the fireworks. Not really all that expensive and a spectacular view and they do pipe the music into the restaurant. You may also view them on the observation deck to the right as you get off the elevator.
