Wi-Fi - does it work in room or do you need High Speed too???

We will be staying at CSR and DH loves the fact that he can check his work emails from the pool while we are there for 9 days. Will the Wi-Fi work in room too or do we have to pay an additional $9.95 for high speed. It doesn't say on any of the web pages.

WiFi isn't set up in the rooms at any WDW resort, so if you want to use your laptop at the pool and in the room, you'll have to pay two separate charges.

Thanks - oh well, $20 a day for internet service is crazy. I guess he will have to pick one.
