Why we won't use the Radisson anymore

The rooms we had at the Poly in December were not cleaned very well at all and she kept forgetting things like towels (took the dirty, didn't leave any clean) and one day didn't make the beds - we left early every morning for breakfast and the parks.

We were glad to have been there only 3 nights and probably won't go back.

I am glad to know that someone else had a problem on Disney property - we tend to forget the fact that you said, it does depend on the housekeeper and many get complacient or become ill and the sub doesn't follow through.

We stayed at Radisson Port August 8 prior to boarding 9th. Room was OK. Not the nicest I've ever been in but not the worst. We commented that perhaps they would update it soon. We did not do the breakfasts - thought it was pricey and knew we would be eating lunch as soon as we boarded.

Maybe once the new hotel at the port is underway, Radisson will feel need to compete.
