Why was, "It's a small world" closed?

I've tried searching but I don't know if my computer is just crappy but the search never works for me. I'm assuming it's old news but why was it shut down? (or is that a rumor)

Yep, DL's is down for rehab til Nov or Dec this year, but WDW's is up and running just fine.
