Why no Community Hall at WLV?

Okay, I know it shouldn't be a breaking point for WLV but in looking at where we wanted to stay for our next trip DH mentioned we hadn't stayed at WLV in a while(june 01 was our last). I got to thinking about all that was there, but couldn't remember Community Hall. Sure enough, I looked at the dvc site and it doesn't(neither does BCV or AKV) Now, I know it's not that much, but our kids really do enjoy it at Bwv, ssr, and OKW. Why isn't there one at these other dvc's?

Probably because it was a choice between extra rooms or using space for a community hall. Since it was built at an existing resort, there wasn't much room.

I think Debbie is exactly right, the Villas at Disney's Grand Californian will not have a community Hall for this same reason. AKL will have one at Kidani Village when it is finished.

Seems the places with the kids clubs....don't have one.

I think it's more of a space issue. VWL is rather small, as is BCV. And GCV will be the smallest.

I agree, I think its a space issue. The kids clubs are nothing like Community Hall's. I showed my youngest around last Christmas at AKV and offered him to stay for a few hours. He declined and said it was for babies.
My boys love them and we prefer to stay in the resorts with them. We like BCV, but will often make trips over to BWV Comm Hall. We do like the beefed up activity schedule at BCV, even though they do not have a CH.
