Why isn't chat working?

Anyone know why chat isn't working? Tonight was supposed to be about WDW travel plans and the rooms are all closed???

Just checked to see if I could get a answer for you and all I could find out is that Chat is experienceing technical difficulties.
They are working on it and will have it fixed ASAP.

We went a long time without any Chat and they just recently reopened
and we are working out the "bugs" in the system.
Hopefully it will be up and running smoothly soon.
