Why does Cruise Director matter?

I prefer Brent.

We had Brent on our first 3 cruises. I think he's great. Unfortunately, news is that he has been transferred to Disney's California Adventure to head up Entertainment there.

Yes, Brent left DCL, August 1, to be the General Manger of California Adventure. We wish him and his family all our best and we hope he'll find his way back to DCL if only for a cruise. Best of luck Brent.
