WHY do we do this stuff to ourselves?

Oh boy... this is embarrasing. But I only have a 35mm point and shoot camera. I still bring the film to CVS or Walgreens and usually get 2 copies developed. Then I come home and put the pics in albums. Most of the time I send the copies to family or friends.

I read an article awhile ago that with digital photos, people are losing part of their family history. My brother is like that, even though he has hundreds of digital pics, he never gets prints and no one ever gets to see his pics.

LOL, I think you are smart for using film. You don't have to deal with all the stupid junk we do to get prints in your hands....and you can still get it put onto a CD if you really want to.

I wanted to tell you I will be making one. I have a coupon from Shutterfly for $100 in free gifts. One of the free gifts is a free 8x8 Storybook. Now I just need to figure out which subject gets the book. I would prefer a larger size but...... I'll take it.

I saw the 50% off thing last night. So the 2nd album doesn't need to be the same? hmmmmmm I doubt I could get my act together & make 2 albums in 2 days, but good to know for future sales. Thanks.

PLEASE tell me more about this shutterfly photobook??? I signed up and became a member now what??? Do I just upload the pics I want and then make a photo album and they will send it to me????

Shutterfly is so fun. And you can really experiment with picture placement and size without cropping, cutting, sticking, etc...I used to really be into Creative Memories scrapbooking, but it's just so cumbersome. Shutterfly is relatively quick and fun.

My Aunt said the same thing. She never gets pictures of her grandkids because her son takes all digital and never prints anything. It's always only on the computer.

What's the most amount of pictures you can get in a book? I'm one of those that takes 1300 pictures on vacation and prints most of them out!
