My thing is when people beg for ADVISE instead of ADVICE.
"If you need advice, I'd advise you to call a specialist."
That drives me mad too! I also hate when people use brought instead of bought and too instead of to.

I can understand typos etc, and I certainly make a lot of them, but the improper use of "to", "too", and "two" as well as "there", "they're", and "their" drives me crazy! The "lose" "loose" thing is prevalent on the DIS/DVC boards because people are always afraid of "losing points". Unfortunately, they usually say they are "loosing points", and I always want to comment about the loose points flying around!

Can't they read back and see that the sentence with the word loose makes no sense? I have come to the conclusion that TOO MANY people really believe the word lose has two o's.
