Why Do Men Have To Back Into Parking Spaces?

I just got into this discussion with my DH the other day.
I "pull into" spots...and then back out...he backs in and pulls out.

Saying that you are more likely to cause an accident backing out vs. pulling out.

whatever..I'm just not that good at backing in

, and as my dad would say- they dont lie, if it looks like your gonna hit it you are, if it looks like your gonna make it you are.

yes they are heated, but he apparently jumped in the car started it up and threw it in reverse,,the heated mirrors only prevent the problem if you are patient enough to let them melt the ice..


as far as your dad's saying that's not 100% accurate with the new mirrors on cars,,the ones that say objects in mirror are closer than they appear....

You know what? maybe that is it....my DH is a police officer, so maybe that is what they do in the police car....so he does it with every car....interesting...I will have to ask him. I never asked before because I figured he was just doing it to annoy me....

Well my DH is a police officer and except at work, he never backs into spaces.

I admit that I cannot back into spaces. I am lucky I can back out of spaces.
