happyrebster said:So glad to find other fans! I have been obsessing over this show since I found the British version . . . and didn't think I could ever love the American version as much. But Steve Carrell is so wonderful . . . he's no Ricky Gervais, but that's okay -- he is wonderfully unique in his own way.

My DVR is weird when the shows have different start and end times.Beckysc said:I had recorded the last show and I don't know if my DVR recorded the last minute or not.
I saw Pam in the office talking to her mom and then Jim came in.
Is that how it ended? Did it just stop there? My DVR is weird when the shows have different start and end times.
TIA
elizke said:The best part of both shows is the realness of the characters. They're not glamorized at all. So good to see real-looking people on T.V., imperfections and all! Yay! Been waiting for this for years!! Jim is alittle too handsome, but I'll let them slide on that one I guess. ; )
Last night's highlight for me was when the guy (I don't ever remember names, sorry) was explaining why the Boy Scouts shouldn't come to casino night.
and Allison normally does casting!!!!!!
Oh, he's gotta be featured more next season, in the last couple episodes, he's become Michael's nemesis. Great show!!DementedRiku said:Toby was brilliant! I'm glad he feels good about beating Michael! Maybe will see more out of him next season.

happyrebster said:Yup -- this bugged me at first as well. Now, however, I have decided "Yay, I could enjoy looking at that face every week!" And it doesn't bother me anymore!![]()
