Why can't I get point calcultor to work?

I have trouble with the calculators lately. It's mostly jsut black screen when I look at it. Any help would be much appreciated.

I'm not sure what might be going on as it works for me.

Make sure to enter the dates of the nights you will actually stay- not the check out date. Also be sure to select the resort and room type you are looking for.

I get errors on the wdwinfo calculator as well...might be a browser issue

I am able to use the calculator inside the www.dvcmembers.com website...but its a bit hidden within the website.

You must navigate to Plan Your Getaway --> Vacation Planner --> Calculator

I actually perfer it because
- It actually has days of the week associated with the day number
- You only need to select the resort name and it returns all the resort room types with their points.

Atleast I don't feel like it's because I'm doing something wrong. I unfortunately can't use the link above because I'm not a DVC member just looking to see how many points I would need to rent for my trip. I'll try the one on this site at home where I have a differnet browser.
