We have season passes and every time we go I have plans to feast.....but then I can't. :sad1: I think the heat just gets to us and we feel sick.

We were there 10 hours today and all I ate was a cupcake (which we couldnt even finish) and fish n chips. Both were split with my 5 year old. He was just like me...wanted nothing else.

I dunno how anyone eats big meals there. I think I'd throw up. it's not fair because I want to try so much!

Oh well...the fish was excellent and the peanut butter chocolate cupcake...omg!

I understand! It's how we are at Disneyland, and i figured it would be the same at WDW. We ended up there for our first trip during a very very cold December, but we still had a $100/day budget and that *included* a few grocery trips.

Our next trip starts next week and I have a feeling we won't be eating much during the daytime...

Wow not a problem with me or anyone in my family. After marching 10 miles the body requires fuel... so we fuel it! Usually with a good meal and not junk food, just like at home. Maybe next time try slowing down and get yourself a reservation somewhere for a good sit down dinner midway through your day.

On a side note. At home during the workday, I generally don't eat much of a breakfast, even at lunch I keep it pretty light, but I eat a good hearty dinner and another small dinner 2 hours or so before bed. But vacation time means more than marching around in hunt for the next thrill! Its the next culinary adventure we can take our tastebuds through!

ten bucks sez yer dehydrated. that's where the queasy feeling usually starts.

about the only thing I do not do is drink alcoholic beverages during the day. i might have one with a signature ADR and then a nightcap or 2 at the resort bar.

Much as I would love to drink around the world at Epcot, it's not worth the hangover and upset stomach for the next 48 hours.

I wouldn't be surprised if it were dehydration. I drink am ton of water I'm here (never alcohol and rarely a soda) but the sun and heat always seem to get to us.

I'll have to come back to this thread in october when it cools down and see if it's any different.
