I entered our numbers twice and it states "unable to retrieve pass information". Any tricks to this?

I may be wrong, but I think you can only link the newer tickets that have an RFID chip in them. You may need to have guest relations upgrade you to a new card before you can link them.
We picked them up last March and they expire March 10 of this year. They are coated paper.
I seen in another thread, that to get individual will call numbers to link, that you need to purchase them separately. Did you need to do this, or can i buy all 5 at once?I don't have my actual passes, yet, but didn't have any problem putting our will-call numbers in.
