Why can't I add my PAP to Fast Pass Plus?

I don't have my actual passes, yet, but didn't have any problem putting our will-call numbers in.
 

No, I linked older tickets with no problem. Upgrading tix to RFID shouldn't be necessary anymore IF you are adding them into MDE (although I realize this thread was about APs, not tickets).

OP, do you have a mobile device with the app? If so, you can also try scanning them with your phone vs. keying in the numbers.

Or it could be a temporary glitch in the app.

Or soemthing else!
 
I may be wrong, but I think you can only link the newer tickets that have an RFID chip in them. You may need to have guest relations upgrade you to a new card before you can link them.

Most older (tyvek) tickets/passes can be linked to MDE. Really old tickets may not link and will require a visit to guest relations or a park ticket window to exchange for an RFID card first. The tyvek ones can be linked by scanning the bar code with the MDE mobile app.
 
We couldn't link our PAPs with the numbers on the back, so called MS and pushed the button for the MDE help and the CM was able to link all four of ours. Maybe call tomorrow and see if they can help?
 
Anne couldn't link her Premier pass after many tries on Marathon week. We spent almost an hour at guest relations at DHS with a very talented cast member and it finally worked the next day.

I seen in another thread, that to get individual will call numbers to link, that you need to purchase them separately. Did you need to do this, or can i buy all 5 at once?

I didn't see the posts about people having problems with that. They've either fixed it, or I got lucky.

I bought both of our tickets on the same order, with a single will-call number. When I linked it to DME, it brought up the full list of everyone in my friends and family list and had me select the two individuals to link to the tickets. Seemed to work fine. They're showing as assigned to us on both of our accounts.
 
Is it a "SCOR" number? If so, it's a multi-link will call # and they have been having trouble with them being recognized by the automated system. Once you get that error, you have to wait 24 hours after the last failed attempt and call MDE techs to link them for you @ 407-939-7765 7am-10pm est <-- What I was told
