Maybe the problem is members that want it re-arranged and Disney IT does not have the capacity to change the schedual in the computers. So notes get lost and rooms get forgotten. Given that some of the mousekeepers may have limited communication skills in English telling them not today may mean not at all.

Interesting theory, but we don't request changes either. We forget to remove sign from door once in awhile, and this seems to signal to DVC that we are totally off the list.
Like I said, we have had vacations where no one came - no sign left on door, and when we called, they couldn't really tell us why either?
Not sure what the problems are, or how to fix them, but thanks to members like us, and many of the others on here, we are doing a good portion of housekeeping's job.
