Why are two memory makers now showing up in MDE?

Has anyone else noticed this? I purchased the memory maker for our 2015 F&W trip in December 2014 when we made our DVC ressies. This whole time there has only been on memory maker in my MDE and now today when I was double checking my FP+s ressies, there is a second memory maker showing. Is this a glitch? or do I somehow have 2 memory makers in my account now?

Never seen this before. They seem to be making some changes to Memory Maker - we got a Memory Maker card in the mail yesterday for our upcoming trip...never received one of those before.

I have memory maker in MDE for my past 3 trips. They are each used, but still listed...
