Who's Turn Is It To Throw Up Today? A Feb 2014 Wedding TR - New TR link 10/27!!

I love the dress you wore to the wedding it's sooooo cute!

Thanks! I really should not have bought a new one because I have lots in my closet I've worn only once or twice. But when I tried that one on, I knew immediately it was coming home with me for the wedding.

What a beautiful wedding! I love how they involved the children and made it a family ceremony :goodvibes

It was a very beautiful ceremony!

Oh my gosh…only 4 days until your next trip???:dance3::cheer2:party::jumping1::rainbow:

I'm soooo jealous! I hope you have an amazing time. You've been so busy at work, you need some Disney time!::yes::

Only three now! I can't wait, work is dragging so badly today!

What a gorgeous wedding!!! Beautiful! I hope that one of my girls marries in Disney... I would LOVE that!

That would be wonderful! Better start saving now though. Morgan's was pretty simple but Steve let it slip that it cost them $20,000. :scared1:

I adore the dresses, but the brides dress is STUNNING! I love the back - that corseted section is gorgeous and I love her train! :lovestruc

All of the dresses were beautiful!

4 more days (or is it 3 now?) WHOOT!

D~

Yep 3 days now! Thanks for stopping by, I know how busy you have been.

When we left off, a CM was leading the wedding guests from Sea Breeze Point to the Atlantic Dance Hall.

As I was slowly walking and taking pictures, I noticed Sadie watching me intently. Maybe she will be a photographer someday but more than likely she was just trying to figure out who the stranger taking pictures was.

The marquee for the theater had the following on it:

We headed on into the lobby which was painted very colorfully.

I took a few pictures of the main floor and then they sent us up to the balcony for hors d’oeuvres.

There was a very neat mural on the landing going up the steps.

Mickey and Minnie were hanging out on the buffet.

More views of the inside from up in the balcony.

A closer view of the tables set up on the dance floor for the reception.

Pictures of the area where they had the hors d’oeuvres.

And of course, no Disney TR would be complete without pictures of the food! I did not have anything myself (darn my pickiness) so I’m not quite sure at this point what everything was.

While we were sitting up there eating, we watched them set up the cake table for the reception.

I took a peek outside at the beautiful view.

When it was time for the actual reception to start, they had us walk down the long staircase on the opposite side of the room from where we came in.

Looking back at the balcony before I stated down the steps.

And one last picture for this installment as I descended the staircase.

Up Next: A Disney Wedding Reception

What a amazing wedding everything looks fantastic. I want to be part of a Disney wedding someday.

Ariana, the hall looks beautiful. The setting is great. And the food looks yummy.

Hahaha, now that is a stare from little Sadie.

Wow, I have alwayas wanted to see inside that place. Pretty neat indeed. Looking forward to seeing the reception.

Ohhh What a dream wedding!!!! it's so perfect in every way (so far :hyper: )
Besides people being sick of course..

Wow! What a great place to hold a reception. Love the art deco touches.

Looking forward to the reception and the food. :thumbsup2

Sadie is so cute :)

I've never been inside of the ADH but it looks like a really fun space! I probably wouldn't have eaten any of those appetizers either - I hate when I don't know what is in something.

I'm really enjoying your TR, Ariana! It makes me want to start planning another trip right this minute!! I ended up here after reading your Rock on! TR :) My husband and I are big fans of the devil horns--they pop up in lots of our pictures, too (always on Rock'n Rollercoaster)!! Looking forward to reading about the rest of your trip!!

Oh my goodness the wedding photos made me tear up!! They're so pretty! LOVE the colour (and style) of the bridesmaid's dresses, ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE TRAIN ON THAT DRESS. Like, at first I was all "that dress is gorgeous" and then i saw the train and made a weird noise because I loved it so much, it's like Elsa with flowers….dear god….I need an Elsa inspired dress…. :rotfl2:

ALSO, love the picture of her lounging on the bench, that's priceless!!

Okay, I had NO FREAKING IDEA that the inside of the dance hall was that NICE LOOKING!! I made more noises at that point, like really, the outside doesn't do it justice, and the views! UGH I may have to have my reception there if BOG doesn't ever do them (bahaha look at me…wedding all planned out….)

Great updates! And I cant wait to read more!! :)

I wondered what the inside of the Atlanta Dance Hall looked like. It's really beautiful! Nice and roomy too looks like. I would love it if our last unmarried child got married at Disney. He lives 3 hours away and is the only kid of our who shares our love of Disney. I wouldn't want to PAY for a Disney wedding, though!! Weddings are very expensive no matter where you have them.

I hope you have pics of you and hubby dancing or something. Can't wait for the next installment! And I hope you had a great time on your most recent trip. Will we hear about that one too, I hope?

Hi everyone! I just thought I'd stop in real quick today to let you know I'm still around. Things are really crazy at work and will be for the rest of May. I have non-stop budget meetings for the next three weeks. I will be back on the DIS in June to continue this TR, catch up on everyone else's threads and also start the TR for the trip last week. It was definitely an interesting trip with lots of highs and a few lows!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Mother's Day weekend, I'll see you all in June!

Good luck with all of your meetings! I hope that the rest of May goes by quickly for you so that you have some time to relax and DIS!

May is almost over and I hope things are slowing down for you at work. You'll need another vacation after all that hard work! Anxiously awaiting your return. Meanwhile, hope all is well with you!

Stopping in to say Hi Ariana!!! I hope you are well. :thumbsup2

Great pics! The hall looks so nice :) The Mickey & Minnie statue is a nice touch.

It was a very nice place for the reception.

What a amazing wedding everything looks fantastic. I want to be part of a Disney wedding someday.

It was a wonderful experience being part of the Disney wedding!

Ariana, the hall looks beautiful. The setting is great. And the food looks yummy.

It was beautiful, great and yummy! :rotfl:

Hahaha, now that is a stare from little Sadie.

She is a very intense little girl, that's for sure!

Wow, I have always wanted to see inside that place. Pretty neat indeed. Looking forward to seeing the reception.

Reception is coming right up! (finally)

Ohhh What a dream wedding!!!! it's so perfect in every way (so far :hyper: )

It was a perfect wedding! I do wish John and Jocelyn would have been able to enjoy it too.

Wow! What a great place to hold a reception. Love the art deco touches.

Looking forward to the reception and the food. :thumbsup2

It was a perfect location for the reception. I'm finally back and will be updating sometime today!

Sadie is so cute :)

I've never been inside of the ADH but it looks like a really fun space! I probably wouldn't have eaten any of those appetizers either - I hate when I don't know what is in something.

It was a very fun space. I almost tried the beef skewers but there was some red flecks in there which I think were peppers.

Glad you joined in! I just added another update to the Rock On! TR. Jim and I went back for a quick weekend at the beginning of May so I just added it on to that TR.

The wedding was so beautiful! I think I spent most of the ceremony just staring at the back of Morgan's dress! I'm already on the watch for an Anna dress for Halloween. I know I could get one off of Etsy but this is to wear to the local animal shelter where I volunteer. No way am I paying the prices on Etsy for that!

ALSO, love the picture of her lounging on the bench, that's priceless!!

I know, and so typical Morgan too!

Okay, I had NO FREAKING IDEA that the inside of the dance hall was that NICE LOOKING!! I made more noises at that point, like really, the outside doesn't do it justice, and the views! You've got to have plans that's for sure! And the Atlantic Dance Hall is a beautiful spot!

Great updates! And I cant wait to read more!! :)

Coming right up!

I wondered what the inside of the Atlanta Dance Hall looked like. It's really beautiful! Nice and roomy too looks like. I would love it if our last unmarried child got married at Disney. Yep Disney weddings are expensive. Steve let it slip that theirs cost $20,000 and it was small!

I hope you have pics of you and hubby dancing or something. Can't wait for the next installment! And I hope you had a great time on your most recent trip. Will we hear about that one too, I hope?

No pictures of us dancing, Jim does not dance. I did get him up for a slow dance or two but my camera stayed on the table. I do have some of me because I do get up and dance once in a while.

:surfweb: see you then girlfriend

I'm back!

Good luck with all of your meetings! I hope that the rest of May goes by quickly for you so that you have some time to relax and DIS!

It was total craziness but it's finally over and I'm able to breath a bit.

Catch you then.

I finally made it back here!

May is almost over and I hope things are slowing down for you at work. You'll need another vacation after all that hard work! Anxiously awaiting your return. Meanwhile, hope all is well with you!

I do need a vacation! May was crazy, I had over 30 budget meetings to attend. June should be much better and maybe I can finally get caught up on everyone's TRs and PTRs. I'm months behind at this point.

Stopping in to say Hi Ariana!!! I hope you are well. :thumbsup2

D~

I'm doing great D~ especially now that May is over!
