No no no.......Crazy me walked
8 miles in the heat! I usually walk 4 miles, but yesterday I did a double. And the thing is, I wasn't miserable. Hot-yes. Sweaty-yes. But it wasn't so bad to keep me from going around the lakes a second time. (Now I don't think I will be doing 8 miles much, if ever, again.) However........today I did my walk in the mall, and I was very uncomfortable just walking from the A/C in my car to the A/C in the mall.

I don't know, maybe yesterday wasn't as humid as today.

Misters are great-I recommend them, too. It's just that you have to hold on to them. I didn't even bring a bandana, but I would for the next time. What I did was get paper towels from the bathroom, wet them, and put them on my neck. Also, I would grab a few pieces of ice whenever I came across one of the tubs where they sell soft drinks outside. The colder I could make the neck wrap, the better. I've seen some of the bandanas you mention advertised. I'm not sure how they work, but they sound interesting! You could carry a Ziploc in your bag to store the wet wraps when not using them. As for clothing, the lighter the material, the better. (being a Southern girl, you no doubt know this already

) Nothing like knit or polyester that sticks to you. Those gauze-type fabrics (you can tell I don't sew

) that are so thin that you can almost see through them would be good. Just don't get wet on KRR!
I hope your migraine has gone by now. I get headaches kind of often, but never migraines, and I just can't imagine how that would feel. Especially when you have kids and a husband to take care of and can't just crawl back in the bed.
I love the hidden Mickey in your geranium! I have to admit, I've never been a hidden Mickey searcher.

I learned about them after our last trip, and only from reading on the Dis. Maybe I noticed some here and there, but didn't know it was a big thing. Next time!
