Who's going to be there Oct. 1st, 2011?

DW and I were talking tonight about going to MNSSHP in 2011. Then, I thought why not go to both the 40th of MK and MNSSHP in 2011...

Is anyone else going down for this? Do/Will they do anything extra special at MK on 10/1/2011?

We are planning on going down October 1st next year. We are celebrating our 5 year anniversary that week too. I will be interested to see what they do.

I have BLT booked for Sept. 25th to Oct. 2nd. It will be exciting to see what/if anything that Disney does to Celebrate the 40th at MK!

Got reservations from 9/27-10/4. 10/1 will probably be the opening day of the F&W, as well as the running of the F&W Half Marathon, the two reasons we made reservations then. I figured out later that that's the 40th anniversary of the MK and WDW. I'm at AKL-Jambo 9/27-9/30, then meeting up with DH (the runner) at BCV 9/30-10/4.

Definitely doing MNSSHP on 10/31--it was so much fun last year.

DW will want to do MNSSHP! We did it in '09 and had a blast, so I would guess that we will do it again in '11.

I'll be there from 9/25 to 10/2 staying at AKV concierge! I booked the trip hoping that something will be done for the official 40th.

Food & Wine and the Relay Marathon. We have reservations
at OKW and waiting to hear where the host resorts are for the Marathon and maybe switch to that resort. We did changed last year from OKW to BCV
the host Marathon resort - great for Marathon transportation.

Great to hear! Next year will be DH's first F&W Marathon (isn't it a half? He's done marathons, but not for over 20 years.) Some people he met the next day this year were so enthusiastic about their experience, he's really looking forward to it. We booked at BCV and hope that's the host resort.

We'll be there the 27th - 3rd at the BWV. We plan on MNSSHP, F&W, and hopefully a fun celebration at MK. It'll be a great trip! (Aren't they all? )

Yes there is a Half Marathon Relay. Last year there was also a Marathon.
Also last year BC/BCV was a host. See you there !
