Who's Going Last Week of May

I've always said we were going to wear lime green ribbons, but I never get around to it. this time I want to do it for real.

Who's going last week of May and where are you staying? We're going 5/24 - 5/31 splitting our stay between WL and YC.

Me, Pam!! We are going May 24th - 31st also and are staying at the Poly! I'm planning on having a ribbon so I'll look out for you! Just out of curiosity...what is your plan for Sunday and Monday? I'm worried about the crowds We are planning to hit BB on Monday and maybe avoid the crowds at the parks. Sunday is EMH for Magic Kingdom so we might try it and get out when it gets busy.

We will be there 5/19-5/21 at CBR, then Tampa 3 nights, then 5/24-6/3 vacation home in Kissimmee. Can't wait. I'm concerned about the Memorial day crowds also. We have been during July, so maybe it won't be any worse than that.

We arrive in Orlando on Wednesday morning 5/21 (redeye from California!) and will stay for two nights at Universal's Royal Pacific Resort. Then we will stay Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights of Memorial Day weekend at the AKL (can't wait!). Then we are returning to our old favorite, the WL for the last three nights of our stay (actually, we will be at WLV this time, in a studio). Can't wait! We will be relaxing and doing recreation/resort things on Friday and Monday, and going to the parks the rest of the days. We plan to do Blizzard Beach on Wednesday 5/28, which is our last day. Plan to do enight on Tuesday 5/27. Have fun everyone!

Green Ribbons

Someone suggested this - go to home depot - they carry Disney Paint - they have lime green samples in the shape of Mickey heads - make a DIS name badge out of one of these

Yep, we have the green Mickey paint samples.

So we will have both green ribbons and green heads.

We will be there 5/22 to 5/31 splitting the time between the AKL and WL.

Lots of DISers going the week of Memorial.

Tink - to answer your question we plan on doing Magic Kingdom Sunday a.m. even though it's early magic hour. We'll leave when it gets real crowded. It's a tradition for us to do MK for our first full day. Silly I guess. In the past, Sundays have been a bit less crowded for MK but with EMH that may change.

On Monday, we're having an off day - staying at WL and planning on swimming, relaxing and going to Fort Wilderness to goof off. We love to do that.

Well..we just might see eachother! We're doing MK Sunday too...I hope it works out that the morning isn't too crowded at least! We feel we have to start our vacation at MK also. Somehow I don't feel like I'm at Disney if I haven't visited the MK yet. It must be a syndrome because I know alot of other people feel the same way! Cheers to a great vacation!

I'll be at CSR from the 23rd-25th, I actually arrive at 11:55 pm on the 22nd. Just a quick Anniversary trip and I didn't want to borrow points from 2004!

We will also be there around that time - 5/24 - 5/27. Staying at the YC. You'll probably see us at SAB alot if it's not raining!!

We will be staying at the WL 05/22 - 05/27. The trip will consist of my dw, ds (14 mo old), and myself.

We are slightly concerned about the crowds, but hey... we will be at WDW, and that's what really matters to us.

We plan on looking into DVC on this trip.

Lime Green Mickey Nametags..... We just might try that one...

My mom and I are going on May 28-June 1, then going on the Wonder for 4 days. We are celebrating her birthday. We will be staying at POR...should be interesting with all the contruction going on. It's getting harder to countdown the days, isn't it?

My wife, 4YO DD, and I will be at the Dolphin Monday and Tuesday nights followed by the Poly Wed. through Friday the last week in May. This will be my 4YO's 1st trip to DW. Thanks to this board, I've picked up lots of great tips. I look forward to staying at the Poly ever since I looked over at it while crossing on the ferry the first time I went to DW when I was young (a few years ago...).
