Tokyo Disneyland Using Points

DH and I are planning on doing a trip to Tokyo Disneyland using points, hoping to get 4 nights either at Tokyo Disneyland Hotel, MiraCosta or the Fantasy Springs Hotel - either or any combination would work. We are planning on going in Spring - Tuesday through Friday but not during Golden Week. Just wanted to see if anyone has had success in getting rooms through MS? I called MS and they said TDH is the easiest to get and Fantasy Springs the most difficult, still wondering on the success rate. Also, I was told that you buy tickets on line through the Tokyo Disney site. How easy was it to get tickets? Were you able to buy multi day passport tickets or were they all single day? I’m doing lots of research but any insight would be great.

We returned at the end of May from our first trip to Tokyo Disney. My friend, who is a Disney Vacation Club member, booked our trip in February and was only able to get us rooms at the Celebration Hotel — it was the only option available at the time.


As for park tickets:
If you're staying at a Tokyo Disney Resort hotel, you can purchase your park tickets when you check in. As a Disney hotel guest, you're guaranteed admission, even if the park is sold out to the general public.


Please note:

• Tokyo Disney only sells 1-day tickets — there is no park hopper option.
• They do offer an evening passport (5 PM to 9 PM), but you must book this in advance through the Tokyo Disney Resort website.
