Who's Going in October 2005??!!*MNSSHP dates & info*

We have reservations at Pop Century for Sept.30-Oct.8. We are looking forward to the Halloween Party. We did the Christmas party last year with our 16 month old son, but it was brutally cold. He will be older and hopefully it will be nice and warm. My husband's parents are going and they are big fans of Disney which always helps and they will be celebrating their 33rd anniversary. So we are looking to have a great time.

Oct. 12-17th, Polynesian. Looking forward to so much, MNSSHP, Wine & Food festival. just everything.

We are staying at Old Key West Oct 8- 14. Taking our friends son with us. This is our second visit to MNSSHP. Just love the MK at night and the parade.

Count us in! We will be there Oct 23-29! We are staying 5 nights at the BWV then switching for one night at the WL.

I am most excited about many things:

MNSSHP. DS will be older and will be able to stay up longer this time.
F and W. We need to give it more attention this time.
Staying at the WL for the first time! It is only one night but we need to give it a try!

What I am most excited about is getting see my friends!! We are meeting up with 2 other families. I can't wait to see my girlfriends! Meagan is flying in from DC and Elicia is coming in from Texas! We all have boys born the same month too! It will the best time ever! Lots of crying and hugging and FUN!!

We will be there Oct 29- Nov 4 at Pop. DD already has her Tink costume ready for Trick-or-treating!

We are planning our first trip to WDW ever Oct 1-8. So far I have reserv ations at the Royal Plaza in Downtown Disney, but that could change depending on deals! We plan to rent a car and spend a day at Kennedy Space Center sometime during that week, too. I am having a great time planning this whole shebang!

The dates for 2005 are: September 30, October 2, 4, 7, 11, 13, 16, 18, 21, 23, 25, 27, 28, 30, 31
Still don't know when tix go on sale but maybe April/May. I just watch this site!

We'll be in WDW Oct. 7th - 15th & we're staying at Caribbean Beach Resort. It'll be our first big family vacation, it'll be me, DH, DS 9 & DS 3 months old. Mainly we're going at that time because we're celebrating my DS's 10th B-day which is later in the month. My mom & step-dad will join us for a couple of days and we're hoping to spend a day at Kennedy Space Center (when there's a rocket launch).

I'm looking forward to everything, since none of us have been there before (except DH when he was little, but doesn't remember much). Thank God for these boards; without them, I'd be lost trying to plan this trip.

My DH actually came out this weekend and said he wants to go back to DW this October. It completely floored me because he doesn't like to spend a lot of money on vacation. We'll be going the last week of October and staying at ASMusic! I cannot wait!

We will be there Oct 15-22. Have not decided which DVC resort, maybe VWL. It will be my mother-in-laws first trip. Now I need to add a new countdown!

We'll be there Oct 15 - 28th. We are looking forward to MNSSHP. Costumes are done!! We are hoping to fly if we get cheap airfare, otherwise we'll be driving again. We have booked Buena Vista Suites for now, but if codes come out we will do a moderate. Lots up in the air, but too early to nail anything down.

October 15-22 for us at Pop! I can't wait to have seven days to do things instead of four like we had in January! I am also excited about MNSSHP.

We haven't booked our airfare yet because those tickets can't be changed once you purchase them, so we are waiting until closer to the trip for air. $300 to change 3 airline tickets is ridiculous.

We will be going from Oct. 13th through the 18th. We will be staying at the Poly. We are excited about the MNSSHP.

This will be our first MNSSHP. We can not wait!!

We're going sept 28- Oct 7. It will be my 3yr old dd, my parents and myself. I sooo can't wait! We hadn't really thought about doing MNSSHP but maybe i'll think on that a little more. My dd would love it! I've made res at ASMo for 2 rooms but would love to upgrade to a mod. Either way it's gonna be great!

My family is going in October for 6 days but the school calendar isn't out yet so I'm not sure of the date. My boys will be 7 and 10. We are looking forward to the food and wine festival and still can't decide whether to go to MNSSHP. We will be staying at All Star Sports.

Not that I don't want to spend time with fellow DISers, but . . .

I counted up replies on this thread and it looks like only about 10 of you who have responded will be there when we are. I'm actually excited about this because I really am looking forward to going in October, but have been a little worried about larger crowds since I heard Oct. has become more popular. So it looks like our 8th-14th trip won't be so bad!

DH and I will be going Oct 7-14 and we already can't wait!! Despite my signature, I will allow myself to say for this post that we will be staying at POR (as always). Hope to see some DISers this year on our trip - I'll be wearing my DIS tshirt and have on lime green everyday!
