Who's Going in October 2005??!!*MNSSHP dates & info*

DD and I will be there 10/6 as well. I will be dressed as Minnie and DD will be a pirate. I will be wearing something (backpack or fanny pack) with my Sonic Boom HD Paint tag with "Tinkerbellz" on it.

I can't wait to be there. I just can't concentrate at work or anything. I'm a wreck!

Well I'd tell you what to look for, but I HAVE NO IDEA!! If I can swing a "Queen" costume, I'd do that (I mean come on, when else can I be the Queen??) DH mentioned just being a "tourist"!! My mom has some kinda flapper thing, but dad is adament, he's gonna be a biker (leather vest, hat/cap, etc - he has the tattoos!!)

I'm so excited, I want to talk to someone, and there's no one here!! I just want a pull up a chair and let loose!!

So is anyone going to MNSSPH on Oct 6 up for a lunch meet of Dissers? We are not going to spend all day at the park... well, as of now we arn't! But who knows? Anyway, I thought if several of us could meet and greet it might be fun. I have never done this before, but I allways look for Dis folks and have only found 1 or 2 in the last few trips!
I was thinking maybe at one of the Monorail hotels? or DTD? Or just around 3:30pm before we all go in to the park. I picked that time as I was told that 4pm is the earliest that you can get in if you are only using the MNSSPH ticket. We could either just do photos if we all meet then and in front of MK. Or we could do lunch some place if we all meet earlier.

I think I will copy/paste this in another MNSSPH....

17 days and a wake up - I had to look at my ticker to see how close it was I have been so busy that I lost track of when we leave for Disney . We are doing MNSSHP on October 11 - we are having dinner at LTT any DISers want to try and meet up - just give me a PM shout out!!!

We will be there at the Hilton 10/28 through 11/1. My wife and daughter are so excited. This will be our 5th trip to DW.

A friend from work and I will be at OKW Oct.10th-16th. We are going to the Food and Wine Festival and MNSSHP. We are even going to wear costumes!Cant wait for this girls only trip, no husbands and no kids!!! WooHooo!!

I still haven't received my ME tags. We leave Oct 1. I've called twice. Last week they told me that they shipped 2-3 days ago and that I should wait 3-4 days before they arrive. I called again yesterday and they said ME was runinng behind with sending things out because of all the flight changes, and to give them another 2-3 days. That would bring me to the 8 day mark. Does anyone else whose leaving on the 1st having this problem??

I received my ME tags yesterday. Just put in my flight information last week. We are leaving 10/6.

32 days out and today I received my final mailing on my package with regular luggage tags. Now I just have to wait for my ME stuff (21 days will be Oct 1st) As long as that stuff comes before the 17th. Though I am still weighing back and forth wether or not to have them get our luggage and deliver it to us because we arrive late at night. I know I can have them hold it to early am but.... decisions... decisions...

Tell me I'm a total freak! Just found out that the hours have changed for October, and I'm having an anxiety attack. Don't know why...I'm just a complete nut job! And to top it off, the Riverboat is going to be down. UUUGGGHHH

OK, I just learned about the riverboat the other day, which bums me out because it is on our list of things my kids haven't done yet that we needed to do this trip. Well, maybe next time...

Now...on to the hours issue...it changed recently? I better go look at the calendar pronto!!

I guess I need to look at the calendar too because I didn't know the hours changed. UGGG!!! so many changes and I leave a week from Saturday. I skipped the riverboat last year and really wanted to ride this year. What a bummer. Oh well! I'm sure we will still have a blast

About the riverboat:

I read references here on the DIS that it will be closed, but I don't see that posted on the calendar for October. Does anyone know that it is a sure thing?

The one thing I noticed different (for me) was that Sat. Oct. 8 MK is open until 11:00 p.m. I *think* it was initially only open until 9:00.

Just things like that. They've added some Fantasmic showings, extended hours at MK added a Spectro. YOU ALL KNOW WHAT THIS MEANS DON'T YOU? I hate change

Oh, and the Riverboat thing is not definite yet..just a probably. Still stinks! I've never done it before and wanted to make it one of our MNSSHP things to do. Oh well....I think I'm more dissappointed about Crush being down, but just one more reason to come back!

I hear you, tikkipoo. I don't know if you've seen Crush yet, but it was awesome. And that's before they supposedly added Dory to it (whom I adore). But I can always find reasons to come back - like when EE opens!
