who's disign

OK so I lost all the disigns I had stocked piled when I broke my laptop. Now we leave in a week and I found alot of the ones I had but are still missing some and I was wondering if anyone knew what disigner had a disign that had three squares and said something to the effect of of loving my husband because and had pictures of like goofy happy and prince charming or something to that effect.. any help would be great as I'm in a mad dash to get everything done...

I think the first one with the 3 squares is Shadowryter's, look in her 4shared. Maybe under characters.
