Who Will Be There December 6?

December 6 is DURING MY TRIP!!!!

I have never been at WDW for an event this big!

Anybody else already have a trip planned for then?

We get there the day after - 7th

We'll be there through the 7th, but I don't plan to go for the grand opening. We already have plans to be at MK on the 4th. Hopefully we'll get to experience it all then.

Do you think it is a "given" that ALL of FLE(including BOG) will remain open for MVMCP?

I thought it was odd that they decided to open on a party night. But I think it would make sense for them to keep the area open during the party.

My fear is that now the party will be sold out because of people wanting to spend more time in the new area. (And now it all makes sense)

I am "leaning" toward the "Previews" being "all day",meaning that,in essence,FLE will open on November 19.

I think they are referring to the limited AP holder previews.

My fingers are crossed that your interpretation is right! We already told our 4-year-old that there would be a new Ariel ride the next time we went. Stupid, I know, but I was sure "Holidays 2012" would start around Thanksgiving. I think it will be really telling to see when the Passholder preview dates are. If they're before Nov. 19, surely they'll have things mostly up-and-running by then, or at least I hope so. I'm really hoping to be able to catch Be Our Guest during a soft open too. I guess we'll see!

Yes,I think the Passholder Preview date(s)(the Passholder site uses the singular "Preview",so it "may" only be one day)will tell a lot.

My "thinking" is that November 19 is the Monday of "Thanksgiving week" and Disney may have planned all along to have FLE "up and running" for that busy week.

But,of course,EVERYTHING at this point is just conjecture and speculation.

We're slated to go to MK on the 5th, so I assume we'll probably catch soft openings of some stuff. We won't be back in that park until the 9th, so maybe it'll clear out a little by then. Wishful thinking, to be sure.

We get there Oct 21st for the winter so we will be there.
