Who to FAX room requests at SOG/CR??

To reiterate my room requests for CR through SOG, who do I FAX?? Do I send it to SOG, or directly to CR?

You fax to the CR...good luck. I faxed our requests 4 days ahead of time, the fax went through, but when we checked in, they said they never got it!!! you might be better off calling because although we got our main request (connecting rooms) I was disappointed that none of our other requests were honored...we didn't get a crib until almost bedtime!!
