Kungaloosh is a drink (a yummy one, BTW) that is served at the Adventurer's Club at Pleasure Island.

It is also a greeting that is used at said Adventurer's Club...I am looking forward to imbibing a few and saying it in a few weeks. There's a really cool fan page that can explain it far better than I ever could.
