Just got my 5 day passes in the mail. There is a place on each ticket for a signature. Does anyone know if I can sign my kids names for them-my twins are 5 and can print their names but they're nowhere near signature quality. Also, do you sign them ahead of time or do you have to sign them in front of a US employee?

I don't think it's the actual "signature" they're concerned with. As long as each person's name is on their own ticket, I don't think it has to be signed. I also have a young child and the 5 day Bonus Passes. I'm just going to print our names on them before we get there.
But now I'm curious to see what would happen if they aren't signed when we get to the gate. I almost want to do an experiment and see if they even notice. The worse that could happen is that they'd make us search for a pen to sign them on the spot.

I am sure we have had to sign the back of a ticket on arrival before, couldn't say which park it was though.

Also think our son wrote/signed his name of the back of his ticket when he was 6.

Might be a good idea to sign/write your name on the tickets before you go in case they get lost.

Just checked our Flex Tickets and they have space for names to be printed and for signatures. They also have bar codes - does anyone know whether it would be worth photocopying them just in case we should lose them somewhere?

The last time we used these passes we went to the gate with 4 unsigned passes. They required my husband and I to sign ours on the spot and told us the kids did not need to do so. The kids were 3 and 7. I still have the passes in my scrap book and took a look to be sure...the kids were not signed. Every time entering the parks during the next 10 days we were required to sign a piece of paper...some compared the signatures and some did not but all made us sign.
