Good evening everyone. Just want to thank everybody for reading and posting, didn't think I'd get that much interest

so it's exciting.
Before we dive in to the ridiculous deliciousness that is Le Cellier I wanted to comment quickly on the Africa Coolpost. There is nothing particularly special about it. They have soda, soft serve, water, frozen cokes and hot dogs but we really enjoyed the little seating area across the way it was a very nice spot to take a load off and people watch. We had never stopped here and we really enjoyed it. Maybe it just felt nice because we rarely just stop and relax when we're at WDW.
We arrived in Canada well ahead of our ADR time. This happened a lot during this trip, people must have mistaken us for overly punctual people
After killing some time around the pavilion and witnessing a pair of boots in a small pool towards the top of the waterfall
Weird huh?
We made our way down and were seated withing ten minutes of arriving in one of those tables right in the middle of the room.
Our server was very attentive and friendly. He skipped the spiel of where each bread was from and we were totally ok with that. The restaurant was busy but the service was great. He even offered to take our picture after seeing the camera on the table which was very nice of him.
We ordered cokes and I started out with the Cheddar Cheese Soup:
If this was all they served here, I would still trample my own grandmother to get in. Ok, maybe not to that extreme

but it was delicious. Creamy and rich, as usual. Anthony apparently forgot why he disliked it and decided to try a bit of mine then he quickly remembered. The soup is just a little too rich for some folks.
For entrees I ordered the mushroom filet with cream cheese mashed instead of the risotto because if there's something I like more than the cheddar cheese soup, it's the cream cheese mashed.
The potatoes were out of this world. I could have eaten an entire bowl of them. The steak was just as delicious. Well seasoned, perfectly cooked.
Anthony ordered the same thing, except with no sauce, and no potatoes or risotto. I didn't take a picture of it because I think we all know what a lonely piece of steak looks like, I hope
For a side Anthony ordered the baked macaroni and cheese.
Anthony's meal didn't go as well as mine. From his impression of the food it sounds like we ate at two different places. He felt his steak was kind of tough and that it tasted like his mom made it at home in a pan with some random seasonings. He also did not care for the mac and cheese as it had the same strong taste that the cheddar cheese soup had. But don't fret, it did not go to waste. I usually seagull his leftovers, sometimes before they actually become leftovers

so the mac and cheese was indeed consumed that night.
Moving on to dessert Anthony ordered the Campfire S'Mores
He really enjoyed the bottom half of the dessert but passed on the marshmallow covered sprinkles. Seagull to the rescue!

I had tried them last trip and they were really tasty. Not so much this time. They tasted stale and weird. Oh well, I guess I would just have to console my with the maple crème brûlée
This is my second favorite dessert ever, even though the dishwater gray color of it throws me off a bit at first, the taste is out of this world.
Le Cellier continues to be my favorite restaurant at WDW, Anthony claims to have soured on it some what. My personal rating would be 9/10. Whether will return on the next trip remains to be seen.
Tune in next time for Teppan Edo...no pics...booooo
