Who knows any details on the Baltimore cruise port?

We are fact finding about the Royal Carribbean Cruises that leave from Baltimore.

Baltimore is about 2 hours away, but I'm not sure where the cruise port is. Is it before or after Fort Mchenry (coming from Phillly area)?

Where do you park? How much? How safe is the parking?

I figure if I have to drive 2 hours, I'd rather go to Baltimore than NYC.
