Yay!!!! Wow that came quick!!! You have a busy month ahead of you!!
We are going June 27th-July 2nd. It came up kind of out of the blue, we were checking flights almost daily for a couple of months and one day I logged on and saw there were 3 tickets left and the price was....um....sort of reasonable, by airlines standards anyways LOL. So I booked it. Oh and my 14 yr old got a pin emailed to HER (how is that anyways!!! haha) so we will enjoy free dining. I haven't had free time but I would like to put a ticker on here. Maybe after finals. lol Can't seem to spend a lot of time doing anything fun without feeling guilty!!!

And yes a Dis-meet would be so much fun!!! The places we could meet are endless!!

How exciting that you girls are going back!! I think we need to plan a Dis-meet for when you get back so we can hear all about your trip

We requested the Grandstand section and I have to say I loved it! So close to the pool and the buses...first pick up first drop off....that was one of the things I liked the best. It is a bit of a walk to the front if you wanted to eat at CS, but we always had breakfast in the room so was never an issue for us!!

I believe margaritas were my drink of choice there!

I was reading last night when my computer battery just died - gone - no warning. So I let the darn thing charge over night and stopped here first thing this am.

Cool to 3 rides on soat. That ride looks very scary from an observer perspective. It's actually less scary while riding it.

Can you post the phone numbers for the Epcot phone booths. I know Glen had them on his TR, but lazy me forgot to put them in my phone. I'd like to do that now since my trip is getting closer.

I am very curious to see how you like All Star Sports. I think the basketball section is super cute. I actually think its the coolest section of all the value resorts. It is so 4D. I look at it and think - how did they do that?

I am curious to see what you guys think.

Anyway - fun update. Can you believe our next trips are getting so close, and, yes, I will take lots of African trek pictures for you so you can live vicariously through us!

to resort snob Dale! I love the surfing section. It's super cute. I think you guys will love it. It's got a cool feel (even though I've never stayed there - I ran over there a lot when I stayed at AsMu)

I have never seen Sum of all Thrills. It looks awful! I'll have to remember to stay far away from that.

I don't know much about SSR, but from what I have seen it looks lovely. Being able to walk to DTD doesn't hurt either.

I stayed in all star sports way back in Junior High and I really liked it. The sold a bunch of cool sports ball themed toys such as those portable thether ball toys. i also can't wait to hear what you think about SSR? I have never stayed there since i'm not on the DVC but you never know. and I bet caitlin is excited about staying in the surfing section since that will probably bring back good memories of those cute surf instructors at typhoon lagoon. I know that alone would make me excited to stay there. Cute guys can easily affect my opinons of certian sports like surfing. Also they bags are really cool. I just discovered the dooney and burke line my last trip to disney. I got a cute magic kingdom themed wristlet. It is perfect for when you just want to go somewhere that you can't bring a huge bag to like six flags or Disney Studios. And thanks for the phone numbers. I was reading another TR that mentioned being able to prank call the numbers when a family member is in them. I usually tell my mom what I find out on here but this one is going to be a complete secret. I want to surprise her by calling the phone numbers. We usually spend a fair amount of time in england because we like to reminince about the trip I took junior year of high school.

Sum of All Thrills is in one of the Innoventions buildings at Epcot. Not my kind of thing at all!

I think SSR looks lovely too It's my goal to try out all the Disney resorts so this trip will knock two more off my list

I'm glad to hear you liked Sports! I haven't heard too much about it. You're right surfing would have been Caitlin's first choice. I went with it though because the party after the race doesn't end til 1am and I figured I need to be as close to the bus stop as possible so I don't collapse


Dooney's have been my favorite bags for years. When they teamed up with Disney it was heaven I'm glad to hear you've found the wristlet a nice size!

Yes we are in full countdown mode! Dale can't wait for his vacation and is feverishly counting down the days while Caitlin is now listening to Disney Radio constantly and I'm thinking of everything we need to pack
